Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the following words are defined as follows:

“Site” means the website with domain name www.thelithiumreport.com

“Report” means the report entitled “The Lithium Report: The Next 10 Years, 2025 – 2035”.

“Information” means any content on the Site or in the Report.

“Content” is synonymous with Information.

“User” means any natural or legal person who accesses the Site or who purchases or uses the Report in any capacity.

“MIRL” means Meridian International Research Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in the Irish Republic.

“Parties” means MIRL and User.

Warranty and Disclaimer

The information on this Site and in the Report(s) has been produced in good faith and is provided for information purposes only. While MIRL makes every best effort to ensure its completeness and accuracy, it does not constitute business advice and we give no representation or warranty, either express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose whatsoever.

In particular the information on the Site and in the Report in no way constitutes investment advice or financial advice of any nature.

MIRL shall not be liable for any loss or damage which you may incur by relying on the information in the Report or on the Site. If you believe any of the information to be inaccurate please contact us so that we can review it if necessary.

You expressly understand that it does not in any way constitute business, legal, financial or investment advice of any kind whatsoever. While Meridian International Research Ltd. makes every best effort to ensure that the Report is as accurate as possible at time of publication, we provide no warranty express or implied that the Report is fit for any intended purpose whatsoever. You agree that Meridian International Research Ltd. will not under any circumstances be liable for any loss or damages that may arise due to your use of the Report and you expressly agree to these stipulations of this Disclaimer as a condition of using the Report.

Liability

The Site is intended for business users. You warrant that you are over the age of majority in the country from which you are accessing the Site. We shall not be liable for any loss that you suffer (including, without limitation, damages for any consequential loss or loss of business opportunities or projects, or loss of profits) howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort or otherwise from your use or inability to use this Site, or the Report, or from any action or omission taken as a result of using this Site or the Report.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

Communication

By purchasing the Report, you agree to receive future communications of a commercial nature from MIRL regarding the Content, our services and future reports and updates. You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time.

Links

There may be links on the Site to other websites or external resources provided by third parties. We are not responsible for those websites or resources and we do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content. You use any such links under your own responsibility and we will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage you may incur arising from your use of those linked websites or resources.

Use of Content

MIRL provides certain Content (e.g. extracts from the Report or articles on the Site) at no cost and certain Content for a consideration (such as the full Report).

You can view free Content on the Site, download it onto the hard drive of a computer or print copies of it for your internal business purposes only. You must ensure any copyright statements remain visible.

All other rights in free Content are retained by MIRL.

You can also purchase Content from the Site that is provided for payment (such as the full Report). The Report is provided in a secure portable document format (.pdc) which requires dedicated viewer software which you can download free of charge from https://www.locklizard.com/download_pdf_viewers/#windows-viewer. For security reasons the Report is only available on computers that run on the Windows operating system. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can install and use the free viewer software and the Report on your computer before making a purchase.

We may agree to provide bona fide potential purchasers with a restricted version of the Report for technical evaluation purposes. If we do so these Terms and Conditions will still apply in their entirety.

You may purchase a number of licenses for the Report which equates to the number of individual Windows computers on which the Report can be installed and viewed. Each such copy of the Report will be referred to as a licensed copy.

MIRL may change the format in which the Report or other Content is made available without prior notice. Any such changes will be notified in these Terms and Conditions.

You may store each licensed copy of the Report on the hard drive of one hardware device and print out one paper copy of each licensed copy of the Report.

You may incorporate up to 10% of the Report (not each licensed copy) into material that you create in-house for your internal business purposes. Such material may not be resold, distributed or disclosed to third parties. All copyright marks and proprietary statements must remain visible.

You must not:

Reproduce or copy the Report in any way other than by way of the permitted number of hard copy printouts for your internal business purposes;
Distribute or disclose the Report to any third party by any means;
Upload the Report to any publicly accessible databases or servers or make the Report available to any third parties;
Resell or sublicense the Report; or
Assign your rights in purchasing the Report to any third party.

You must take every reasonable care to safeguard the confidentiality of the Report by giving it the same protection that you would to your own confidential business information.

By purchasing the Report, you understand that you in no way obtain any proprietary rights, title or interest in the Report. All Intellectual Property rights to the Report remain fully vested in MIRL.

Use of Personal Information

We will use your personal information (if any) in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you can access on this Site.

Viruses

We cannot guarantee that the Site is secure or free of viruses or other computer related problems.

You are responsible for using anti-virus and anti-malware software as you see fit to protect your own computer systems when accessing the Site. MIRL will not be liable for any loss or damage to your systems incurred from accessing the Site or using the Report.

You will not intentionally transmit viruses, trojans, worms or any other material of a malicious or damaging nature intended to interfere with or disrupt the technical functioning of a computer or telecommunications system.

You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.

You will not attack the Site by way of a denial-of-service (DoS) attack or a distributed denial-of service (DDoS) attack.

You will not submit any information to the Site that is illegal, abusive, libellous, obscene or contrary to human decency.

You will not submit any information to the Site under a false identity or misrepresentation of your identity.

You will not submit unsolicited information such as “spam”, “junk mail” and similar material.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish Law and are subject to the sole competence of the Irish Courts save that MIRL may take action before any appropriate jurisdiction if necessary to enforce its rights.

General

Non-enforcement by MIRL of any of its rights under these Terms or in accordance with its statutory rights does not imply that such rights have been waived.

If any one of the provisions of these Terms is deemed to be invalid all of the other provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the Parties in relation to your use of the Site and of the Report.

MIRL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating this Web Page.
